These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ad111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services offered at ad111 ("you", "the Player", "the User"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform and, by using it, you expressly accept all the terms and conditions contained herein in full.

You must not use the Platform if you have any objection to any of these Terms. ad111 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on ad111, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. ad111 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on ad111. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with the secondary accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.4 Account Accuracy

Accounts containing materially incorrect information may be suspended pending correction. ad111 accepts no liability for losses arising from the Player's failure to keep their account information up to date.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ad111 accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ad111 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may be subject to change and ad111 will communicate any material changes through the Platform.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ad111 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank card withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. ad111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited on ad111 must originate from a payment method held in your own name. ad111 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ad111 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. Any transaction that appears unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent with your normal account activity may be investigated. ad111 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your account. Withdrawals will first be processed from real-money funds unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

Any unauthorised use of ad111's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ad111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions;

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or mobile money operators;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

The ad111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ad111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ad111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of pending KYC verification and any active wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.2 Termination by ad111

ad111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits;

Where an account is closed by ad111 for cause, any balance (including deposited funds) may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms.

When material changes are made, ad111 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the effective date at the top of this document. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ad111 operates as a platform intended for use by players based in Bangladesh, and these Terms are drafted to reflect that context.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. ad111's decisions regarding bet settlement and account matters, made in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or betting rules, are final and binding.
